Većini je dobro poznat osjećaj – sjesti uveče pred televizor i gledati filmove uz grickalice, sendviče ili neku drugu omiljenu hranu. No, svi koji su odlučili živjeti zdravo ujutro se zbog toga osjećaju razočarano u sebe.

Blogerka Gina Florio sve donedavno je radila istu stvar.

Od ponedjeljka do petka jedem od 8 sati ujutro do 16h, a onda postim. Vikendima nisam toliko stroga prema sebi, ali se i dalje osjećam prilično loše kad se prejedem subotom ili nedeljom uveče“, otkrila je za “PopSugar”.

I spent many years of my life committed to anger and resentment. As a child and a young adult, I would have these fantasies of violence and clench my pillow until my knuckles turned white. That would pave the way for shame and guilt because I thought something about me was totally fucked up • Anger became my most trusted friend for many years. Being angry was my comfort zone. Zbog griže savjesti odlučila je da prestane da jede kasno uveče i to uz pomoć jednostavnog trika.

Evo o čemu je riječ:

Malo je čudan, ali djeluje. Operem zube i zbog tog osvježavajućeg ukusa zubne paste ne želim više ništa da unosim u organizam. I moje tijelo prepoznaje da je taj ukus znak za spavanje, pa mi suzbije želju za hranom“, pojasnila je Florio.

Kaže kako još uvijek ponekad posegne za desertom ili grickalicama, jer ne želi potpuno da se odrekne omiljenih poslastica, ali to je puno rijeđe otkako je otkrila ovaj trik, piše “Stil“.
